Scheduling Policy

Workshop sizes are small and designed to accommodate the schedules of busy players and families.  Sign-ups for a specific workshop are on a first come, first serve basis.  Given the limited space in each workshop, once your child is signed up for an individual workshop it is expected that your child will attend that workshop. Cancellations and no-shows cannot be refunded.  Rescheduling requests will be considered only because of unforeseen, emergency circumstances.  Contact the lead instructor to discuss.

The schedule of workshops can be found on the sign-up page.  Changes to the schedule may be made as the clinic season progresses based on expressed demand and other scheduling considerations.
